Biz Alliance Program

BAP assists Korean ventures to commercialize their high technologies together with foreign partners who wish to expand into new business unit and/or to acquire the competitiveness of cost-leadership or differentiation. BAP acts to create a joint venture company in which Korean ventures and foreign partners share ownership and control of management, and/or to transfer patented technologies of our clients worldwide.

Export Management Program

In some specific international markets, EMP plays an export-department role for our clients in Korea, carrying out export-marketing planning, overseas market research, exhibition in trade fairs, appointment of appropriate sales rep and/or distributors, overseas advertising, export financing and documentation. For novel products of our clients DTK develops:

  • Export channel with the assistance of its global network, identifying appropriate distribution candidates, and selecting the best partners by such criteria as reputation, financial standing, industry knowledge and so on. Also the best export promotional policy for novel products will be recommended such as MDF, CO-OP, warranty and product liability programs.
